We present part 1 of the refinement of “The Blue Thunder Project”. The interior of this Audi R8 V10 Plus was almost completely redesigned. At the customer’s request, blue accents can be found throughout the project, including in the interior: the complete seat equipment including back shells, the door panels, the steering wheel and dashboard as well as the centre tunnel and rear shelf were refined. The interplay of the materials used – Alcantara, smooth leather and carbon in a matt finish – thus perfectly complements the sporty nature of the vehicle.
